CD/DVD – Unreadable Media

In a case where the surface of a CD or DVD has degraded (e.g. by a scratch or by exposure to chemicals or by prolonged exposure to sunlight), conventional DVD drives may be unable to read such a disk. Depending on the extent of the damage, CDS may be able to access the underlying data using fault-tolerant reading systems in order to deliver a comprehensive CD/DVD data recovery.
